I earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and owned my own practice for fifteen years. Running a small business taught me to look at numbers before feelings, to tell people the truth even when it's not what they hoped to hear, and to answer the phone.
Local knowledge
I live on Johns Island, and I have walked a lot of houses here, including the ones that flood, the ones that don't match their listing photos, and the ones that are better than they look online. That's the knowledge I bring to every showing.
